This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use Finco (“the App”). 2. Information We Do NOT Collect Finco is designed with your privacy in mind. We do NOT collect, store, or have access to: • Your financial data (income, expenses, transactions) • Your personal information • Your usage patterns or analytics • Your location data • Any data you enter into the App 3. Local Data Storage All data you enter into Finco is stored locally on your device using Apple’s secure data storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties. 4. Apple Services The App uses the following Apple services: • StoreKit for in-app purchases and subscriptions • Local Notifications for reminders (if enabled) These services are governed by Apple’s privacy policy. 5. In-App Purchases Subscription and purchase transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple’s privacy policy for details on how Apple handles payment data. 6. Notifications If you enable notifications, they are processed locally on your device. We do not receive or store any notification data. 7. Data Security Your data is protected by your device’s built-in security features, including encryption and passcode/biometric protection. We recommend keeping your device’s operating system updated for the best security. 8. Data Deletion Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all App data by uninstalling the App. This will permanently remove all your financial data from your device. 9. Children’s Privacy The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. 10. Changes to Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. 11.
