All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in the specific application. Subscription fees are billed in advance and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All content, features, and functionality of our applications — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of APP DEV MASTERS LTD or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

OUR APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APP DEV MASTERS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in our applications or on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our applications after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
