If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. 2. Description of Service Finco is a personal finance tracking application that allows users to track income, expenses, and manage their financial goals. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. 3. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored within the App. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your usage of the App. 4. Subscription and Payments • Finco offers a 30-day free trial for new users • Subscription options include monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings 5. User Data All financial data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal financial information. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. 6. Prohibited Uses You agree not to: • Use the App for any illegal purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App • Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware • Violate any applicable laws or regulations 7. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is not intended to provide financial, investment, or tax advice. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, APP DEV MASTERS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. 9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms. 10.
