Free and Premium Services ### 5.1 Free Tier Free users receive a limited number of lesson credits. Free tier features may be limited compared to premium subscriptions. ### 5.2 Premium Subscriptions Premium subscriptions provide additional credits and features. Subscription terms: - Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account - Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period - You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings - No refunds for partial subscription periods ### 5.3 Credit Packs You may purchase additional lesson credits as one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire. --- ## 6. Payments and Refunds ### 6.1 Payment Processing All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information. ### 6.2 Pricing Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes. AI-Generated Content ### 7.1 Nature of Content Lessons and educational content in the App are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI's GPT models). This content is: - Generated automatically based on your topic requests - Intended for general educational purposes only - Not reviewed by human experts before delivery ### 7.2 Content Disclaimer AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. The content should not be relied upon as: - Professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise) - Definitive educational material - Replacement for professional instruction or expert consultation ### 7.3 Content Verification You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it, especially for important decisions. --- ## 8. Acceptable Use You agree NOT to: - Use the App for any illegal purpose - Generate content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing - Attempt to generate content involving violence, hate speech, or discrimination - Circumvent usage limits or credit systems - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App - Use automated systems or bots to access the App - Share your account with others - Use the App to develop competing products - Infringe on intellectual property rights - Transmit viruses or malicious code - Interfere with the App's operation or security --- ## 9. You may not: - Sell or commercially distribute generated lessons - Republish content as your own original work - Use content to train other AI models without permission ### 9.3 User Content You retain ownership of any custom topics or categories you create.
