If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app. OneHabit is operated by APP DEV MASTERS LTD, company number 14989815. 2. Description of Service OneHabit is a habit-tracking application that helps you build lasting habits by focusing on one habit at a time. The app includes free features (habit tracking, streaks, calendar) and premium features (AI Coach, weekly reviews) available through a paid subscription. 3. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must sign in using Sign in with Apple and must not share your account credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Subscriptions & Payments Premium features are available through in-app purchase subscriptions managed by Apple. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple’s terms and conditions. You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect for new subscription periods and will not affect your current active subscription. 5. AI Coach Disclaimer The AI Coach feature provides general guidance and motivation for habit building. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The AI Coach does not provide health diagnoses or treatment recommendations. You should consult qualified professionals for any health, mental health, or wellbeing concerns. We make no warranties about the accuracy or suitability of AI Coach responses. 6. Acceptable Use You agree not to: • Use the app for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the service • Submit abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content through the AI Coach • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app 7. Intellectual Property The OneHabit app, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the intellectual property of APP DEV MASTERS LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our prior written consent. Your habit data and content remain yours. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data as necessary to provide the service. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, APP DEV MASTERS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of OneHabit. We provide OneHabit on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. 9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to OneHabit at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately, though you may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of OneHabit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 11. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
