Terms of Service Last updated: February 9, 2026 1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and APP DEV MASTERS LTD (company number 14989815) ("Company", "we", "us"), governing your use of the PeaceParent mobile application ("App"). By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years old to use PeaceParent. 3. Account Registration You must sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. You may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts may result in termination. 4. Description of Service PeaceParent provides: • A private shared space for two co-parents. • Structured messaging with categories (Schedule, Pickup, Info, Emergency). • A shared custody calendar with events and schedule change requests. • An activity log recording actions taken within the space. • Tone Guard (on-device emotional language detection). • Push notifications with configurable quiet hours. The App is not a substitute for legal advice, mediation, or court orders. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: • Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate. • Send unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content. • Attempt unauthorised access. • Reverse-engineer or decompile the App. • Use the App commercially (except personal co-parenting). • Disrupt infrastructure or other users' access. • Tamper with security features. 6. Subscriptions and Payments Premium subscription available through Apple App Store. Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Refunds are handled by Apple. 7. Content and Data You retain ownership of your content. You grant a limited licence to store and display it to provide the service. Messages are encrypted on-device before transmission. Records are designed to be immutable; sent messages cannot be edited or deleted. 8. Tone Guard Analysis happens on-device. Suggestions only. No guarantee of appropriate communication. 9. Intellectual Property The App is the intellectual property of APP DEV MASTERS LTD. You receive a limited, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial co-parenting use. 10. Disclaimers THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Not legal advice. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, APP DEV MASTERS LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months. 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APP DEV MASTERS LTD for claims arising from your use or violations. 13. Termination You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. 14. Changes to These Terms We may modify Terms and post updates in the App. Continued use means acceptance. 15. Governing Law and Disputes Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. EU consumers retain mandatory protections of their residence country. 16. Severability Invalid provisions will be limited; remaining provisions remain effective. 17.
