Terms of Use Last updated: June 2025 Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using VibeScore. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VibeScore. 1. About Us VibeScore is published by APP DEV MASTERS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14989815). References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to APP DEV MASTERS LTD. Contact: info@appdevmasters.com 2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use VibeScore. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements. 3. Your Account You may use VibeScore as a guest (limited features) or create a full account with a display name and unique handle. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. You must notify us at info@appdevmasters.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to remove or reclaim usernames that violate these Terms or impersonate other persons. 4. Licence to Use the App Subject to your compliance with these Terms and, where required, an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use VibeScore on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the app; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it; rent, lease, or sublicense it; use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent; or attempt to extract the source code. 5. Subscriptions and Payments Some features of VibeScore require an active subscription. We offer monthly and annual plans, each with a 30-day free introductory trial for new subscribers. All subscriptions are sold through Apple’s App Store using Apple’s in-app purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). We have no access to your payment card details at any point. All billing disputes must be directed to Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy. The free trial is available once per Apple ID. If you cancel during the trial period, access to premium features ends at the conclusion of the trial. 6. Acceptable Use You agree to use VibeScore only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You must not: • Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other users. • Enter false or misleading information, including fake player names or match results. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, another user’s account, or any associated network or server. • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service. • Use the app in a way that could damage our reputation. 7. User Content You retain ownership of the content you create in VibeScore, including the player names, match results, and team names you enter. By using the app, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you enter does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms. 8. Teams and Social Features VibeScore allows you to create and join teams and share match results with teammates. When you join a team or set your profile to Public, your display name, handle, and match statistics may be visible to other members of that team. You are responsible for managing your team memberships and privacy settings within the app. Team creators may remove members at any time. We are not responsible for the actions of other users within teams. 9. Apple Watch and Live Broadcast VibeScore supports scoring via Apple Watch and broadcasting live match scores to teammates. Live scores are transmitted to our servers in real time and are automatically deleted within 60 seconds of a match ending. Use of Apple Watch requires a compatible device and watchOS version. Live broadcasting requires an internet connection. 10. Intellectual Property All intellectual property in VibeScore — including the app name, logo, design, code, and “VibeScore” branding — belongs to APP DEV MASTERS LTD or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or logos without our prior written permission. 11. Availability and Updates We aim to keep VibeScore available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you if the app is unavailable for any reason. Updates may be delivered through the App Store. Some updates may be required to continue using the app. 12. Disclaimer of Warranties VibeScore is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APP DEV MASTERS LTD and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of VibeScore, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the app in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law. 14. Termination You may stop using VibeScore and delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access to VibeScore immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct we determine is harmful to other users or to us, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your licence to use the app ceases immediately. Sections 10, 12, 13, 15, and 16 survive termination. 15. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or your use of VibeScore. If you are a consumer resident in Northern Ireland, Scotland, or the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. 16. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you through the app. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
