We do not collect your name, location, device ID, or any personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly. All hook history and favourites are stored locally on your device only. 2. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to: • Provide and maintain the Hooks app • Process and verify subscription purchases via Apple • Send scheduled hook reminders (only if you grant notification permission) • Respond to support requests you initiate 3. AI-Generated Content Hooks uses third-party AI services to generate hook content based on your inputs (topic, niche, tone). Your prompts and inputs are sent to AI providers solely to generate responses. We do not store or sell your prompts. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your hook generation inputs. 4. Data Sharing We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with: • Apple: For App Store purchases and subscription management. • AI Providers: Your generation inputs are sent to AI services to produce hook content. All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. 5. Data Retention Hook history and favourites are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain servers that retain your generated content. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. 6. Children’s Privacy Hooks is not directed to children under the age of 13.
