Terms of Use Please read these terms carefully. By using Hooks you agree to the following Terms of Use. 1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Hooks (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and APP DEV MASTERS LTD (Company Number: 14989815). 2. Licence Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not: • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems 3. Subscriptions and Payments Some features of the App require a paid subscription (“Hooks Pro”). Subscriptions are: • Billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store • Auto-renewing unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date • Non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your Apple ID account settings. We have no control over refunds — these are handled by Apple. 4. AI-Generated Content The App uses artificial intelligence to generate hook content. You acknowledge that: • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes • You are solely responsible for reviewing content before publishing or sharing it • We make no guarantees about the originality, accuracy, or fitness of AI-generated content • You must not use generated content to harass, defame, or harm others 5. User Responsibilities You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not use the App to generate content that is: • Unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive • Infringing on intellectual property rights • Spam or misleading commercial communications • Violating any platform’s terms of service where you publish the content 6. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding AI-generated output) remain with APP DEV MASTERS LTD. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the service. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, APP DEV MASTERS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. 9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notice or by updating the date below. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 11.
